a new baby boy
A good friend of mine had her second little boy this past week. He arrived a little earlier than we’d expected, which made me glad I’d gone over to take a few maternity shots earlier than we thought we really needed to!
A waiting, empty froggy sleeper.
And the froggy sleeper, filled with new babyness. 
I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again…I simply love taking pictures of babies in their dad’s arms.

More baby goodness
I wanted to share a few more of my friend’s baby girl.
Her daddy was home when my camera and I visited, which made me happy. I love to take pictures of babies with their daddies, since I don’t get to do that a lot.
She has a very proud big sister.
Isn’t her hat just the greatest?

She doesn’t smile too easily yet, but we managed to catch a little grin.

The newest member of our church family
This little guy came to America just a few weeks ago from Ethiopia to live with his new family. We’re so happy he’s here!

Erica and DJ Engagement
So, I might be biased just because Erica is my cousin, but I think she and DJ are one of the cutest couples I have ever seen. I had such a blast doing this shoot with them.
Sigh. They make me feel all mushy inside!
